Interesting question! All the top startup law firms have “standard packages” but I don’t know of them being available as templates.
There is the Foundr app, now acquired by RBC Ventures and rebranded as Ownr. It is increasingly skewed for non-venture-startup small businesses so in many cases not appropriate docs.
The Ownr documents are pretty awful, I’m surprised that an entity with the resources of RBC can’t put something better together.
We should give them that feedback
