Reverse vesting contract?

Hey all,

I saw an earlier discussion defining reverse vesting, but I was asked today if I had a co-founder/early employee contract that included this model and I don’t. Do any of you have a Canadian example you’d be willing to share?

Yes, I can email you one. Usable as attachment to any employment/director/advisor agreement.
