I just got this email from LTSE, who make a whole list of startup tools, including Captable.io, that Hiringplan is now OpenComp. There is still a free basic plan that will work well for startups.
This tool is pretty US-centric, but I have still found it very useful to think about titles, comparables and generally do some planning around hiring.
