On Deck is a network for starting / joining / investing in new startups. Yashar previously started thisopenspace / Uppercase pop-ups as a service, and just announced that he’s going to be the Country Manager for bringing On Deck to Canada.
I think this is great. Connecting into international programs like this is a good thing for Canada.
I’m probably doing On Deck a disservice in how I’m describing them 
Anyone else want to take a crack? I have heard good things but haven’t been involved directly.
